At Tigah Interiors, we have one goal: to work efficiently with you to deliver your design, from concept to completion.

Led by Giorgi, the Tigah team specialise in full-service residential and commercial design. We assist our clients with a wide range of interior challenges. This includes architectural details and finishes and collaborating with tradesmen. We will select furniture, fabrics and accessories, and even create bespoke pieces of joinery.

Meet The Designer

GIORGI

Being a mum, I like to spend the little spare time that I have on the Athletics Track training for 100m and 200m sprints! I enjoy boating and exploring the Duchy with our family pet Dalmatian. As a designer, my qualifications include a BA Honours in Interior Design, and have worked in the industry for 15 years. Before launching Tigah Interiors, I was Design Director for a local Cornish company for nine years.

What I love most about my job is bringing an interior vision to reality for a client who may not have the ability, or the time, to do so for themselves. A “project reveal” is always the most exciting part of the process.

In terms of style, I like to think that I challenge my clients. I feel the process is an opportunity to show off my ever-evolving style, which is influenced by the unique character of each property, its location, and of course, current trends. No matter the style that I’m asked to work with, each space is designed to feel unique.

Behind one of Cornwall’s premier beaches, Gwithian near St Ives, this new place had me with the surfboard rack inside the house. Then I saw the soft Scandi minimalism within barn like living areas flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Then the naturalistic garden with a heated pool and sauna, plus the fire pit and hot tub and outdoor kitchen lit by festoon lights. When the Cornish weather plays ball it’s like being in an immaculately curated advert. When it doesn’t, go surfing at Gwithian and Godrevy beyond the garden.

What is a typical project like?

Every project will begin with a Design Concept, individual product specification and then the process of delivering this to a complete, fully installed, dressed and styled house.
How will you help me visualise your design before work begins?

Upon instruction, a detailed Interior Design Presentation is produced and presented. This breaks down each area of the design scheme with: colour palettes, furniture, accessories and features. In remodelling projects, detailed CAD drawings are produced with finishes and sample palettes to aid visualisation. Products are itemised and costed alongside the concept designs to ensure that everything presented is within budget.
Do you source your products locally?

We often feature products from local photographers and artists. We always use a team of trusted local tradesmen.
Will you keep me informed throughout the project?

We pride ourselves on good communication. You will always be kept up to date via Whatsapp, email or phone calls.
